| Answer : GIE Diagdirect brings together members of
the SFRL who wanted to create an association to set up an order-taking
site for their clients. |

| Answer : No, at present, sixteen
SFRL members belong to GIE: Abbott Diagnostics, Abbott Diabète,
HORIBA Medical, Beckman Coulter, Becton Dickinson, bioMérieux,
Bio-Rad, Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, Diagnostica Stago,
Fumouze Diagnostics, Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, Sebia, Elvetec,
OXOID SAS, AES CHEMUNEX, Subra. However, all of SFRL’s
members will have the possibility to join as soon as the portal
is online. |

| Question : What are the benefits of Diagdirect
for me ? |
Answer :
- Ordering from suppliers will be easier as they all can be
reached through one single site which uses a single protocol.
You will get prices you negociated with your suppliers, use
templates of your choice and track your orders.
- You will gain reliability as there is no need to transcribe
your orders.
- You will be able to track your orders with order confirmations
and shipment notices. Some suppliers will provide you with a
bundle number by product and the expiration date, which will
allow you to monitor your stock and set up management in real
FEFO mode.
- You will be able to track partially delivered orders as suppliers
will keep you updated on your orders status. |

| Answer : Your Suppliers will provide you with
an access number which you will enter on the Diagdirect.com
home page when you first visit the site. |

suppliers yet. How can I connect to Diagdirect.com ? |
| Answer : You may request an access
code from any Diagdirect member supplier. |

| Question : Can I order from different suppliers
using the same account ? |
| Answer : One of the benefits of this system
is that you can order from one supplier then place an order
with another. |

| Question : : How much does it costs ? |
| Answer : It is entirely free of charge (apart
from your internet connection itself). Suppliers take on all
costs, from the system development to its daily maintenance
and operations. |

| Question : What do I need to use Diagdirect.com
? |
| Answer : You only need an internet connection. |

| Question : : If I'm not too familiar with the internet,
can someone help me ? |
| Answer : You may contact any of your suppliers
as soon as you make your first connection. They will be pleased
to introduce you to the portal and its use. |
| Question : If I have a problem with
Diagdirect, whom should I contact ? |
| Answer : You may also contact your
usual suppliers if you have difficulties with an order. You
may also call the Diagdirect.com helpdesk; which is available
on working days. |

| Question : Can I use Computer Assisted Stock Management
software ? |
| Answer : Interfaces with ARMURE, MAIS and KALILAB
(Netika) software are operational. You will be able to order
directly through your usual software, from supply propositions,
and stock registers will be directly filled in by delivery approval
proposition. |

| Question : Can I modify my subscription by Diagdirect
? |
| Answer : Yes, Diagdirect allows
modifications according to supplier rules.

? |
| Answer : This option isn't operational yet.
It will be available in the near future. |
